SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship our products within 3-5 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. WARRANTY
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, or any incidental or consequential damages.
Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) and to describe the defect or issue in detail.
